I told Mr Miller My needs. Big back yard for JR my dog. That was most important. For myself the location was important. Places near by parks fields to take JR to walk off leach and exercise for me. I wish the yard was fenced but I can do that myself. When I looked at property it was exactly what I was looking for. Other than the time it took to close which I guess is normal. I'm completely satisfied with everything.

Our sale was a parent's longtime home. The cleanout process was extensive. From our intitial meeting early in the process, Micheal Miller remained in contact via phone, email, and text.
